Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing Listing SG, creating an account, submitting or claiming a business listing, purchasing a listing plan, or using any other service provided through the platform.
These Terms and Conditions should be read together with our Privacy Policy by Listing SG.
These Terms and Conditions govern:
By accessing Listing SG, creating an account, submitting or claiming a listing, making payment, or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
Where you use Listing SG on behalf of a company, partnership, organisation, or other entity, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms and Conditions on its behalf.
If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you must not create an account, purchase a service, or continue using Listing SG.
Listing SG operates as an online Singapore business directory and promotional platform.
Businesses and service providers may publish information about their operations, products, services, locations, contact details, qualifications, and promotions.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Listing SG:
The inclusion of a business in the directory does not, by itself, amount to certification, recommendation, accreditation, endorsement, or approval by Listing SG.
Users should independently assess a business before making a purchase, booking, payment, or other commitment.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to:
General visitors may browse publicly available directory pages without creating an account.
When acting for a business, you represent that:
Listing SG may request reasonable evidence of identity, authority, ownership, registration, licensing, or business status.
This may include an Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority record, Unique Entity Number, business email verification, licence, professional accreditation, or other supporting document.
Certain services may require an account.
You agree to:
You are generally responsible for account activity carried out using your credentials, except where the activity results directly from Listing SG’s failure to take reasonable care.
Listing SG may rely on instructions submitted through your account until we receive reasonable notice that the account may have been compromised.
Listing SG will not sell, transfer, sublicense, rent, or provide account access to another party without prior written approval.
A business listing may contain:
You are responsible for reviewing your listing and correcting material errors or outdated information.
Listing SG may format, shorten, categorise, standardise, or edit submitted information where reasonably necessary for:
We will not intentionally change the substantive meaning of a listing without reasonable grounds.
Purchasing a paid listing does not exempt the listing from moderation, verification, technical, editorial, or legal requirements.
Listing SG may create or supplement listings using information from lawful public sources, including:
A business owner or authorised representative may request a review or correction of inaccurate information.
Listing SG may require evidence of authority before transferring listing control, removing information, or making a material change.
Certain features, categories, placements, or promotional services may require payment.
Depending on the purchased plan, features may include:
Only features expressly included in the plan, order, invoice, or accepted proposal form part of the purchased service.
Listing SG may change plan names, prices, and features for future purchases.
We will not normally reduce features already confirmed for an active fixed-term plan unless reasonably necessary because of:
Where a material reduction affects an active paid plan, Listing SG may offer an appropriate replacement feature, credit, extension, or refund where required by law or reasonably appropriate.
Submitting an order or payment does not automatically guarantee publication or acceptance.
An order may remain subject to:
A binding order is formed when Listing SG:
whichever occurs first.
Online contracts and electronic records may have legal effect under Singapore’s Electronic Transactions Act 2010. Information is not denied legal effect solely because it is in electronic form.
If Listing SG declines an order before substantially providing the service, we will refund the amount paid for that declined order, except where retention is permitted by law because of fraud, abusive conduct, chargebacks, prohibited transactions, or materially false information.
Unless otherwise stated:
If the legal entity operating Listing SG is GST-registered, GST will be charged at the prevailing Singapore rate.
Singapore’s current GST rate is 9%. GST-registered businesses must charge and account for GST on standard-rated supplies made in Singapore.
Where GST applies, it will be:
as applicable.
Listing SG must not represent that GST is charged unless the operating entity is properly GST-registered.
You authorise Listing SG and its payment providers to process information necessary to complete the transaction.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.
Listing SG does not ordinarily receive complete card numbers, security codes, or online banking credentials where those details are entered directly into the payment provider’s system.
Payment providers may apply:
Listing SG is not responsible for delays or failures caused solely by a bank, card network, payment processor, or incorrect payment information supplied by the customer.
A paid listing remains active for the period stated on the:
Unless expressly described as automatically renewing, the paid service will expire at the end of the stated term unless renewed.
Where automatic renewal is available and selected:
You are responsible for keeping your payment details current.
If payment fails, Listing SG may:
Listing SG will not use misleading interfaces or conceal material renewal terms. Singapore’s Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act protects consumers against unfair practices, including misleading representations and omissions.
You may request cancellation through available account controls or the contact details published by Listing SG.
Cancellation normally prevents future renewal. It does not automatically reverse a completed payment or provide a refund for the current service period.
Where a fixed-term service is cancelled before expiry, it may remain active until the end of the paid period unless:
Removing a listing early does not ordinarily pause, transfer, or extend the unused service period.
Except where required by Singapore law or expressly stated in a refund policy, fees are generally non-refundable after:
A refund will not ordinarily be provided solely because:
Nothing in these Terms excludes a mandatory refund, remedy, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
The Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act gives qualifying consumers civil remedies against unfair practices and prevents contracting out of protected rights.
Approved refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the bank or payment provider.
Before initiating a chargeback, you should contact Listing SG and provide a reasonable opportunity to investigate.
A chargeback must not be used to avoid a valid payment obligation or obtain services without payment.
Where a chargeback or payment reversal is raised, Listing SG may:
This does not prevent you from disputing an unauthorised, duplicate, fraudulent, or incorrectly processed charge.
Listing SG may determine how listings are:
Placement may be influenced by:
Featured, promoted, or sponsored listings may be labelled accordingly.
Unless expressly guaranteed in an accepted written order, payment does not guarantee:
Listing SG may adjust layouts and rankings as part of platform management, provided the essential paid service remains reasonably consistent with the purchased plan.
Listing SG may review content before or after publication.
We may reject, suspend, edit, restrict, reclassify, or remove a listing where it reasonably appears to:
Where reasonable, Listing SG may give the listing owner an opportunity to correct an issue.
Immediate action may be taken where there is suspected:
Suspension or removal caused by the customer’s breach does not automatically create a right to a refund.
You must not use Listing SG to promote, publish, sell, or facilitate:
Listing SG may impose category-specific rules or request evidence of licences, registrations, permits, or professional qualifications.
You are responsible for ensuring that your listing, advertisements, and promotional claims comply with Singapore law.
You represent that:
Singapore’s fair-trading framework prohibits unfair practices such as misleading representations and false claims. Businesses should not rely on hidden conditions or interfaces that materially distort customer decisions.
The Listing SG platform, including its original:

You represent that:
Reviews and ratings must reflect genuine experiences and honest opinions.

Listing SG may moderate, reject, restrict, or remove contributions that appear unlawful, misleading, fabricated, irrelevant, abusive, or inconsistent with platform rules.
Listing SG does not guarantee that every review is accurate.
A listed business may be permitted to respond, but Listing SG is not required to mediate every dispute between a reviewer and a business.
Listing SG may contain links to:
Listing SG does not control independent third parties and is not responsible for:
Access to an external service is subject to that provider’s own terms and policies.
Listing SG processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012.
The Privacy Policy explains:
You must not submit another person’s personal data unless you are authorised and any required notice or consent has been provided.
The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
Listing SG aims to maintain reliable access but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
The website may be unavailable because of:
Listing SG may change, replace, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.
Where a material service change affects an active paid plan, Listing SG may provide a replacement service, extension, credit, or other appropriate remedy where required by law or reasonably appropriate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Listing SG is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Listing SG does not guarantee that:
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, condition, duty, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, Listing SG will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from:
This may include loss of:
Where Listing SG is found liable in connection with a paid service, its aggregate contractual liability may be limited to the fees paid for the affected service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, to the extent such a limitation is lawful and reasonable.
This limitation does not exclude or restrict liability for:
Under Singapore’s Unfair Contract Terms Act, liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence cannot be excluded by contract, and other exclusions may be subject to a reasonableness test.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Listing SG and its officers, employees, contractors, and agents against claims and reasonable losses arising from:
The indemnity does not apply to the extent that the loss was caused by Listing SG’s fraud, wilful misconduct, negligence where liability cannot be excluded, or another matter that cannot lawfully be limited.
Any indemnity is subject to applicable Singapore law, including statutory requirements concerning fairness and reasonableness.
Before starting formal proceedings, users and listing customers should contact Listing SG and provide:
Both parties should attempt to resolve the matter in good faith.
Where a qualifying consumer dispute cannot be resolved directly, the user may consider available Singapore dispute-resolution channels.
The Small Claims Tribunals handle eligible low-value disputes between consumers and suppliers. The standard claim limit is S$20,000, or S$30,000 where both parties sign a Memorandum of Consent. Eligibility and filing conditions apply.
Consumers may also approach the Consumers Association of Singapore for assistance with eligible consumer-to-business disputes.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent court relief or exercising a mandatory statutory right.
Listing SG may suspend or terminate an account, listing, or service where:
Where reasonable, Listing SG may provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.
Immediate action may be taken for serious fraud, security threats, unlawful activity, impersonation, or urgent consumer harm.
You may stop using Listing SG at any time.
Termination does not affect:
Listing SG will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including:
Listing SG will take reasonable steps to restore affected services where practicable.
Listing SG may update these Terms to reflect:
The revised Terms will be published with an updated effective date.
Where a material change affects an active paid service, Listing SG may provide notice through:
Where fresh agreement or consent is legally required, continued use alone will not be treated as sufficient acceptance.
You agree that notices, confirmations, invoices, receipts, and contractual communications may be sent through:
You are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information and reviewing relevant messages.
Electronic records, contracts, and confirmations may be retained as evidence of:
Singapore’s Electronic Transactions Act recognises the legal validity of electronic records and contracts, subject to applicable requirements and exclusions.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore.
Subject to any mandatory consumer right or tribunal jurisdiction that cannot be excluded, the courts of Singapore will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from Listing SG, its services, or these Terms and Conditions.
Nothing in this clause removes a qualifying claimant’s right to use the Small Claims Tribunals or another legally available dispute-resolution process.
If any provision is found unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, it will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary to preserve its enforceability.
If that is not possible, the provision will be severed.
The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
A failure or delay by Listing SG in exercising a right does not waive that right.
A waiver is effective only if clearly given in writing and applies only to the specific matter for which it was granted.
You may not transfer your account, paid plan, or rights under these Terms without Listing SG’s prior written consent.
Listing SG may transfer its rights and obligations as part of:
Any transfer will remain subject to mandatory rights available under Singapore law.
These Terms and Conditions, together with the following documents, form the agreement between you and Listing SG:
They replace earlier discussions and representations concerning the same service, except for statements or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, a person who is not a party to these Terms has no right to enforce them under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001.
